Painting workshop in Nicosia
Mondays · 17:30 – 19:30

Painting.

Colour, composition and expression.

Our painting workshop welcomes complete beginners alongside returning students. Over eight weeks you'll learn the foundations — composition, colour mixing, brush handling — and put them straight to work on your own pieces.

We work primarily in acrylic and oil, with occasional explorations into mixed media. Easels, paints and canvases are all provided, plus a welcome drink at every session.

Tuesdays · 17:30 – 19:30

Ceramic Sculpture.

Hand-building techniques.

Ceramic work asks you to slow down. That's its gift. In our hand-building workshop you'll learn the foundations — pinching, coiling, slab-building — and explore form, texture and finish.

Each student leaves the eight weeks with finished pieces of their own. We work in air-dry clay — no kiln, no waiting; you can take your work home as soon as it's set.

All materials are included: roughly 500g of air-dry clay per participant, plus sculpting tools and a welcome drink at every session.

Art therapy in Nicosia
Wednesdays · 17:30 – 19:30

Art Therapy.

Art as a tool for reflection and relaxation.

Art therapy is not about producing pretty pictures. It's about using colour, line and material as a different language — one that doesn't need words. Our sessions offer a quiet, confidential space to express, reflect and unwind.

Open to all. No previous art experience needed; in fact, none expected. Materials and a welcome drink are included.

Note: our art therapy workshops are creative wellbeing experiences and are not a substitute for clinical therapy.

Thursdays · 17:30 – 19:30

Ceramic Sculpture.

3D modelling and figuration.

For students who want to take clay further. This second stream of ceramic work focuses on three-dimensional sculpture — figurative, abstract, gestural — over eight weeks of dedicated sculptural exploration.

Suitable for those who have done some clay work before, or for confident beginners ready for a deeper dive. All materials are included — roughly 500g of air-dry clay per participant, plus sculpting tools and a welcome drink at every session.

How we work

The Arte Fino approach.

Small groups

A maximum of eight people per workshop, so you're never lost in a crowd and the instructor knows your name.

Eight-week arc

Long enough to develop real skill and finish real work; short enough to fit around a busy life.

Everything provided

Materials, tools, and a welcome drink waiting on the table. Just turn up.

Beginners welcome

Most of our students arrive having never picked up a brush or shaped a coil before. That's the whole point.

Late-afternoon hours

Sessions begin at 17:30 so you can come straight from work, the school run, or a long afternoon.

A real community

Many of our students return for a second or third workshop. Some have become close friends. We love that.
