Bookings
A place in a workshop is confirmed once full payment has been received. Spaces are limited to eight people per workshop and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings made through our external booking partner are subject to that partner's terms in addition to these.
Pricing & payment
Workshop fees include all materials and a welcome drink at every session. Current prices are:
- Drop-in single session — €40
- 4-week taster — €145
- Full 8-week programme — €280 (saving €40 vs drop-in rate)
- Open Studio drop-in (Fridays) — €10
Payment is taken at the time of booking, either through our online booking partner or directly with the studio.
Loyalty discount
Participants enrolling in two or more 8-week workshops receive an additional 10% discount on each. Please contact us if booking multiple workshops so we can apply this.
Cancellation by you
- More than 14 days before the start date: a full refund, minus any payment-processing fees.
- Between 7 and 14 days before: a 50% refund, or a credit towards a future workshop.
- Less than 7 days before: we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund, but you may transfer your place to a friend.
(Adjust the above to match what you actually want to offer.)
Missed sessions
Workshops run as a continuous eight-week course. Missed sessions cannot generally be made up, though we will always do our best to help you catch up where possible — including the option to attend Open Studio on Fridays at no extra charge.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel a workshop — for example due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances — you will be offered a full refund or a place in the next available workshop.
Materials & finished work
All materials provided during a workshop remain on the premises until the end of the eight-week course. Finished pieces, including air-dry ceramic work, are yours to take home once they have set.
Health, safety & conduct
We provide a calm, respectful environment. Please let us know in advance of any allergies (paint solvents, dust) or accessibility needs so we can prepare. We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave the studio.
Photography
From time to time we photograph the studio for our website and social media. We will always ask before photographing students, and you can opt out at any time.
Liability
Arte Fino takes reasonable care to ensure a safe environment but cannot accept liability for personal items or for any injury arising from the misuse of materials or equipment.
